What Artiara is
Artiara helps you discover fashion from many retailers in one place. We show you products, prices and links; the retailer sells you the product. Artiara is not the seller, does not take payment, and is not a party to any purchase you make.
Artiara is run by Qytsol Technologies. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Qytsol Technologies.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Artiara. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab.
Prices, stock and accuracy
We collect prices, discounts and availability from retailers and refresh them regularly, but they can change at any moment. The price and terms shown on the retailer’s website at the time you buy are the ones that apply. We are not responsible for differences between what the app shows and what the retailer charges.
Buying from retailers
When you tap Buy you leave Artiara. Your purchase, payment, delivery, returns and any dispute are between you and the retailer, under the retailer’s terms. Please read them.
Affiliate disclosure
Artiara may earn a commission when you buy through a link in the app. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence which products we show you: the feed is driven by your preferences and activity, not by commission rates.
Content and brands
Product names, images and descriptions belong to the brands and retailers that publish them. They appear in Artiara so you can find and compare products, and nothing in the app grants you any rights in them. Brands and retailers who want a product removed can write to us.
Acceptable use
Do not use Artiara to scrape or bulk-copy the catalogue, interfere with the service, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
Artiara is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from purchases made from retailers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app first. Continuing to use Artiara after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
